As a craft distillery, we offer custom experiences that you cannot find at any other venue in Houston.  We offer events that are good for small to large groups. Pick your own Single Barrel Whiskey  - Price determined by barrel

• Select your own barrel for the ultimate private experience for a group or company,  and either pick up from the distillery or have it shipped.

Private Tour and Tasting - $26 per person + 20% gratuity  

• 30 Minute tour with a guided tasting of 3 x 1oz pours

• $30 per person

Cocktail Class  - $40 per person + 20% gratuity

• Hands on experience, great for team building or small group of friends

• One Hour instruction on how to make two cocktails, your choice of spirit

Limoncello Peeling (take home 2 bottles)  - $60 per person +20% gratuity

• Great for team building event and for hands on experience

• One drink per person included

• 90 minute experience

• Group size: 20-30 persons

• Each person will peel their own lemons and be giving a kit to take home to finish limoncello at home, take home kit will include:

  • Makings for 2x 750ml bottles of limoncello

  • Instructions on how to finish limoncello at home

  • Recipes for limoncello cocktails

• Cost: $60 per kit + 20% gratuity, additional guests without kits are $25 per person+20% gratuity

Blend your own Whiskey - $1500 (12 bottles of whiskey included)

• For those who want a personalized in-depth experience

• You and upto 5 friends spend 3 hrs tasting through or selection of rye whiskeys

• Select your barrels and blend them together for your own custom blend

• 12 bottles included in the price

• Any additional bottles will be at retail price

Blend your own gin teambuilding event - $4000 includes 72 bottles of gin @ $35/bottle

• Blend your own gin as a team building exercise

• Choose from a base gin and select from our dozens of botanicals

• 2 hour blending session

• 6 cases of gin will be available within 4 weeks

• Group size: 6-30 persons (any group larger than 6 will be broken up to smaller groups and one gin will be selected to be made)

Custom Bottling Event

• Put in some hard work and bottle some spirits with us

• Sign the bottle and take home your own product that you bottled

Private Events: Bartending and Catering Services

• For private events offsite featuring our spirits and pre-batched cocktails 

• Custom Cocktails available or choose from our selection of best sellers

• Our pre-batch cocktails do not require a bartender, but if you would like a bartender,  the Bartender Fee is $150 for 3 hrs / $50 each additional hour
