PRODUCTION NOTES

  • Developed over the course of 8 months in house by our resident royal subject/PhD Chemist, Dr. Toni Hardisty.

  • Our gins are macerated and redistilled onsite in extremely small batches which the first release is limited to 132 bottles of navy strength.

  • We named our gins after our adjourning neighborhood which we are proud to be a part of, this Navy strength gin is named after Oak Forest and comes in at 115 proof!

  • Botanicals include: Juniper, coriander, angelica, fresh lime, dried lemon, dried orange, coriander, mixed peppercorn

 

TASTING NOTES

  • Crafted to a Texas palate, stronger and more in your face than its Garden Oaks counterpart, this gin full of citrus flavor and has the kick of a navy strength Gin

  • Aroma: Balanced floral and citrus with subtle hints of pine and complex earthy, bittersweet

  • Taste: Citrus forward with balance of earth and pine

  • Finish: Punch of pepper finish and the navy strength will put hair on your chest

  • Works well in a negroni, gin fizz, or Spanish style gin & tonic

PRODUCTION NOTES

TASTING NOTES

  • More subtle than its Oak Forest counterpart, this gin has subtle citrus and pine-y notes

  • Aroma: Dry, sweet and clean citrus aroma with juniper and pine

  • Taste: Strong, sweet and bright citrus with hints of grass and hay

  • Finish: A soft and gentle finish, making a moreish drink that keeps you wanting another sip.

  • We fell in love with this rum after testing about 50 other rums from all over the Americas.

  • Its unique in its nose and flavor for an unaged rum.

  • Distilled in Jamaica at medium ester (Around 249 esters)

  • Imported and proofed down at William Price

  • Unadulterated, no sugar or color added, just great Jamaica rum and some RO water

  • Bottled at 124 proof Sweet Miami Beach Label

 

TASTING NOTES

  • Full of Character and Dope Flavor, this rum gives us goosebumps by just smelling it.

  • The nose is the bomb.

  • Aroma: Funky tropical fruit with hints of Vanilla

  • Taste: Fruity with buttery banana notes

PRODUCTION NOTES

  • Produced in honor of Zack and Bryan's trip to his parents house during college.

  • Luckily Mr. Clary was stationed in Naples, Italy and the guys got to sample Limoncello.

  • Its simple to make, ask for volunteers and have them peel 900 lemons, give them a free bottle and some drinks along the way, then soak the peels in grain alcohol for four weeks, add simple syrup and RO water. Voila! Deliziosa!

 

TASTING NOTES

  • Delicate balance of citrus, sugar, and alcohol.

  • AMAZINGLY light and goes down easy.

 

DRINKING NOTES

  • Perfect for after dinner drinks.

  • Dillon Carpenter of Rosewater Bar in Clearlake developed honey badger Amaro during covid.  It's unique, amazing, and also doesn't give a shit. 

  • Developed in collaboration with our Brand Ambassador and Rosewater's Bartender Extraordinaire, Dillon Carpenter, this bittersweet amber nectar of the gods is derived from 10 different botanicals providing a truly unique expression.

  • William Price Distilling is honored that Dillon chose to work with us and we hope you have as much fun drinking this as we had creating it.

  • Aroma: Zesty orange and apricot mixed with burnt caramel and delicate spices
