BOTTLE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

​Membership

Bottle Club membership is available to individuals age 21 or older. Each quarterly release includes two bottles selected for the member’s chosen Bottle Club.

There is no signup fee or annual membership fee.

 

Minimum Commitment

Membership requires a minimum commitment of two quarterly releases.

After the two-release minimum has been completed, membership continues automatically until canceled.

 

Pricing

Pricing varies by club and by the bottles included in each release. Current pricing and release information are shown on the William Price Bottle Club page.

 

Billing

A valid payment method is required to join. The initial allocation will be charged according to the enrollment terms shown on the Bottle Club page at the time of signup. After the initial allocation, the payment method on file will be charged automatically on each quarterly release date. By enrolling, the member authorizes William Price Distilling to securely store the payment method provided through Square and charge it for Bottle Club allocations.

Changes and Cancellation

Membership changes or cancellation requests must be received at least 20 days before the next quarterly release. Cancellation is available after the two-release minimum commitment has been completed.

Club changes are subject to availability. Once an allocation has been charged, that allocation cannot be canceled or refunded.

Pickup

Bottle Club allocations are available for pickup at William Price Distilling beginning on each quarterly release date. Members are not required to attend the quarterly pickup party. Unclaimed allocations will remain available for pickup during regular tasting-room hours. Failure to pick up an allocation does not cancel membership or future quarterly charges.

Authorized Pickup

A member may authorize another person age 21 or older to pick up an allocation. William Price Distilling may require advance notice and valid identification at pickup.

 

Spouse or Partner

A member may designate one spouse or partner to share Bottle Club benefits and pick up allocations.

Each membership receives one quarterly allocation regardless of whether a spouse or partner is designated.

 

Member Discount

Active Bottle Club members receive 15% off full-price bottle and tasting-room purchases. Promotional pricing, specials, ticketed events, classes, private events, and other specially designated products or experiences are excluded.

Limited Releases

Bottle Club members may receive first access to select limited releases. Availability is not guaranteed and purchase limits may apply.

Multiple Clubs

Members may belong to more than one Bottle Club, subject to availability. Each club membership receives and is charged for its own quarterly allocation.

 

Holds

Bottle Club memberships cannot currently be paused or placed on hold.

 

Gift Memberships

Gift memberships are subject to the same minimum commitment, billing, pickup, and cancellation terms as other Bottle Club memberships. The purchaser remains responsible for charges unless the membership is transferred to a new payment method accepted by William Price Distilling.

 

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, William Price Distilling may contact the member to update the payment method. Membership benefits may be suspended until payment is completed.

 

Shipping

Bottle Club allocations are currently available for pickup only at William Price Distilling.

 

Changes to the Bottle Club

William Price Distilling may modify future Bottle Club pricing, benefits, release schedules, or these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of material changes before they apply to a future quarterly release.
